"Before this class at Create and Graze, my charcuterie experience was limited to enjoying whatever someone else put in front of me. Now, I can honestly say I have skills! I had a great time putting together my own "Game Day" board and can't wait to use it for football season. Mixing meats and cheeses while adding in little creative touches let me tap into my artsy side, which isn't something I normally get to do. The class was fun, low-pressure, and really satisfying.
